What is WildFit®?
WildFit® is a transformative health program that will guide you through a step by step process using the foundations of nutritional science, food psychology and behavioral change to lead you towards positive change in how you eat and think about food. The food methodology will teach you how to train your brain to stop wanting foods that aren’t good for you and to start wanting foods that truly nourish and energize you. What is included in the program?
Access to the program: Once you receive your login information, you will have access to all the training videos. Over 13 weeks, our by founder Eric Edmeades, will walk you through the food mindset and lifestyle changes at the core of the WildFit® philosophy. Each video training is straightforward and easy to understand right away.
Live coaching calls: Throughout the program you will participate in live coaching calls with myself and others in the class, where you’ll receive direct support and feedback. These weekly coaching sessions are a time to check in, be encouraged and get your questions answered
Private Facebook group: Each class has its own private Facebook group where you can asks questions, share recipes, support each other, and learn additional information about the program and healthy living.
Recordings of the live calls: If you’re busy and miss a live call, no problem. A recording will be make available to you so you never miss out. You can re-watch them as often as you like.
Living WildFit® e-book: This guide will give you a road map and help you transition to living WildFit® once the program is over.
